🦎 Hider

Maps have two or three floors. Walk up the stairs. Look in closets, little crawl spaces, behind couches, and under the stairs. Stand close to an object to blend in. Objects are solid, so you stop right at them. But if your pose pokes into an object (lying down, rolling, or arms out), you light up and hunters can see you. You stay stuck to a wall until you jump off, so you can open 🎨 and paint yourself while hanging there. Climb to the top of furniture and inside walls to stand on them. The glowing blue barrier on top of the outer walls stops you from leaving the map.

A clone is a frozen copy of you with your paint and pose. Hunters can't tell it apart and waste time shooting it. Only you see the 🧬 over your clones.

Your pose stays when you walk too, but low poses are slow. A low pose lets you squeeze under tables and desks (Ball, Sit, Belly, Flat, Sleep) and into crawl spaces (Crouch and lower). Sprinting or jumping makes you stand up, so you can't do either in a tight spot.

📐 Shape shows how well your pose looks like what you're next to: a Post by a wall or a tree, a Hug around a pillar, a Ball by a barrel, a Stool, Bench or Lounge by a table or couch, a Log or Belly on the floor. There are 26 poses, so scroll the pose list to try them all. A good shape makes hunters take much longer to notice you, as long as you hold still.

🤖 The bots learn from real people. After each round, the game saves which poses fooled people, which rooms people searched and where hiders were found. Bots hide the way that worked and search where people search. But they are curious too: about a third of the time a bot tries a kind of spot or pose that hardly anyone has tried, so they keep finding new hiding places.

🔫 Hunter

One hit catches a hider. A miss costs 2 seconds. Watch out: hiders make 🧬 clones. Shooting a clone pops it, and it costs you 2 seconds too.

🌐 Online & modes

Play Online → 📣 Invite everyone. Everyone on Jameses Gameses sees your invite and has 30 seconds to join. Everyone taps ✋ I'm ready, and the party leader 👑 can tap ▶ Start game right away. Otherwise it starts when the timer ends. Seekers are picked at random: 1 seeker for up to 4 players, 2 for up to 8, 3 for more. The leader picks the map, bot difficulty, hide time, seek time, and how long everyone is shown at the end — same settings as a bot game. They can also add 🤖 extra bots in the lobby. If a round already started, you can still join — you watch as a spectator and fly around with the stick.

🦎 Classic: get found and you're out. You can watch the seekers until the round ends.

🧟 Infection: hiders can't see each other, only the seekers. Get found and you become a seeker too!
